  • Hi Gleb Vinyarski,

    1. What is the version of your WSUS server, if it is WSUS 4.0(server 2012 or 2012R2), please check if you installed KB3159706, if yes, we need to do manual steps to finish the installation, otherwise, WSUS console will crash:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/3159706/update-enables-esd-decryption-provision-in-wsus-in-windows-server-2012-and-windows-server-2012-r2

    2. If it's not related about KB3159706, please check if you selected "Drivers" in "Products and Classifications", it's not recommended to check "Drivers", since there are a lot of updates for drivers, and we only need a few of them, when the space of the disk is not enough, it will also cause WSUS crash;

    3. Please run Server Cleanup Wizard on the WSUS server, it may help to remove superseded and declined updates. After then, if WSUS console still crash, check if "Reset server mode" could help;

    Welcome to feedback.

    Best Regards,

    Anne
