shared mailbox's inbox does not shows any email : RRS feed

    Emails are disappearing from shared mailbox's inbox after email is received. I have checked, there is no outlook view, rules or private item issue. But shared mailbox contains 2000+ folders. From shell I can see there are approx 84 items in inbox but does not show in outlook in cached / online or web-mail . Please suggest:

    I can see the folder inbox with 4 emails whereas actual count is 84 ( not visible ) . So not the case indeed.

    Did you try with this tool you can check actual emails from data store, thats reason i suggesting you logging into this tool and check how many emails are there
