Office 365 Add in is disabled automatically RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    We are using Some ThirdParty Tool for search File, and we have that addin installed in word and excel.

    when i enabled after reboot, re-open the word or excel the addin disappear.

    Windows Version 7 (6.1.7601 Service Pack1)

    Office365 Version 1710

  • Hi,

    Based on my experience, some third-party add-ins might be disabled by Office applications for security reason. 

    Please try going to File > Options > Add-ins, selected Disabled items and check if the missing add-ins are listed there:

    By the way, it is encouraged to contact the suppliers of the third-party add-ins to to confirm if there are any compatibility issues involved.
