Hi,
Based on my experience, some third-party add-ins might be disabled by Office applications for security reason.
Please try going to File > Options > Add-ins, selected Disabled items and check if the missing add-ins are listed there:

By the way, it is encouraged to contact the suppliers of the third-party add-ins to to confirm if there are any compatibility issues involved.
