  • Hi,

'Send on Behalf of' allows a user to send as another user while showing the recipient that it was sent from a specific user on behalf of another user in outlook or owa.

Two ways are there to configure 'Send on Behalf of' .  1. Using Outlook Delegates which allows a user to grant another user to Send on Behalf of their mailbox.  2. Exchange Management Shell/ Exchange Management Console

I will choose shell to configure the feature by using the following cmdlet:

Add-ADPermission UserMailbox -ExtendedRights Send-As -user UserWhoSends
