  • Hi THACHILODY,

    Is this a domain environment?

If it is a domain environment, it is recommended to ask for help from the domain administrator.

If it is not a domain environment, please navigate to the following registry keys and check whether there are related group polices have been deployed to the machine. If there is any group policy has been deployed to the machine, please delete it and restart the machine to have a check.

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Windows\Sidebar]
    "TurnOffSidebar"
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Windows\Sidebar]
    "TurnOffSidebar"
