Room mailbox permission setup for Outlook client RRS feed

  • Hello Everyone!

    I've created all roommailbox for our office, and already tested the room, accept and reject scripts with my user (I'm not an administrator) but when I tried to train the end user (as a delegate user like mine) I noticed that she doesn't have permission to acces de mailbox (as a calendar) from her outlook client, and can't answer the requested for room acceptance mail (she received them in her mailbox). If she does it from her OWA (we have O365) she can work without any problem. What can I do?

  • What kind of permissions have you granted her?

  • By right, when you set user to be a delegate user in a room calendar, that user will automatically have permission to the mailbox. If user can work on OWA then user have a profile issue in his/her Outlook. You may need to recreate Outlook profile.
