  • Hi ITboy9!

    Of course, it is possible to delete user ID from Skype for Business directory.

    In my research, you can remove a user account by using the Disabled-CsUser cmdlet. For example:

    Disable -CsUser Identidy “<userIdentity>”. For more details about this cmdlet, please refer to:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/skype/disable-csuser?view=skype-ps

    For more details about user account management, you can refer to the following article:

  • Hi ITboy9!

    Sorry for not confirming the environment with you!

    According to your description, we recommend you try to follow the following steps:

    1)In the O365 admin portal, go into Active Users and select the user in question.

    2)Click Edit under Product Licenses;

    3)Expand the license type (E3.etc), and deselect Skype for Business
