    Hello Todd,

    I have update the link in the previous reply, and sorry for the inconvenience.

    You can modify the SSL settings at the following location in Group Policy Editor.

    Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Network > SSL Configuration Settings

    You can see the detailed steps from the help column of settings pane.
