Logon to temporary profile RRS feed

  • Hello:
I am having this issue that I've seen posted around in several places, none of the solutions work.  Here is my setup.
Small office running Server 2003 with roaming profiles.
    Purchased new laptop Windows 7
    identified domain on laptop
Logged on as two separate roaming users, general and me. users stuck and folders created under C:\users, changed them to admins. (always works in XP)
    Something  happened.
Any roaming user now, will be temprory, mine, general or anybody else. --> absolutely maddening. renders the machine useless

I opened regedit (pusuant to Art ID 947242) Under hkey . . . profilelist, only the local user and sysetm profiles exist.  No SID to delete, unless I fry a system variable.

I've removed users under control panel and on the HD

Help.  I have no DVD, windows 7 was preloaded from Lenovo?
