    i purchased and installed pc cleaner pro because it said it was a microsoft partner now all microsoft stuff is disabled my browser restarts windows defender gives false reports something is shuttimg off microsoft products helllllllp

    You're sure it's because of the PC Cleaner?

    Use system restore to the time you've installed it.
