deal with a "Connection reset by peer" message RRS feed

  • Out of the blue yesterday, I received the "Connection reset by peer" message when trying to access my cloud service.   If i hit the OK option, I am taken back to my desktop.  The only thing I can think might have caused it was my having installed an Apple update between my prior access to the cloud and the receiving of this message.  I have a MacBook Pro with Capitan.  I use the Earthlink Cloud Workspace.

    What can I do to address this message?

  • Hi Kurt,

    From you description it is not clear to me if you cannot connect to the environment at all? It might be that updates have been done to the cloud service as well. Do you have the possibility to verify that? The error comes up when the server disconnects you due to some reason.
