Issue regarding MFA 6-digit Code RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I am currently experiencing issues surrounding the MFA 6-digit code, with a phone in which 2-step verification has already been set up for a work/enterprise account. When prompted in a website to enter my 6-digit code, I try to enter the code that the application displays as I usually do, but I keep getting the message "Invalid authentificator code". Also, I am the only person within our team to have this issue.

    Here is a list of points that I have tried in order to fix this issue:

    • Reinstalling the application, adding back my work/school account everytime.
    • Making sure that the app is synched to my timezone.
    • Making sure I am using the right authentification application

    Are there any other solutions available?
