KB 2744842 <-> FixIt cve-2012-4969

Hello,

last week, Microsoft released a fix-it for cve-2012-4969. Shortly after that a security update (KB 2744842) was released. Is it necessary to uninstall or disable the Fix-It before installing the update? I noticed that the Fix-It is still listed under installed programs in control panel after installing the security update.
