Built in styles missing in Word RRS feed

    Have a client with Office 2010. In Word when he clicks on "Change Style": Both the Colors & Fonts menu items are grey, and paragraph spacing does not show any built in items (just custom paragraph spacing)

    Where are these items stored? What can I copy from a working machine?

    The commands you mention are not available unless you first save your document in Word 2007/2010 format (*.docx).

    You are correct. He changed the default save as format to Office 2003.
    If I save it as docx the items return.
