Outlook 2016 - Full email address (of external user) does not appear only their name RRS feed

  • We have recently moved to Outlook 2016 (Office 365)  When we receive an email from an external sender that senders name (and email address) is shown - which is fine and works well.

    However if other (external) addresses have been added by the external sender (in to or cc) then only the users name and not their email address is shown

    What is the cause of this and is there any way to show the full email address ?

    By this, do you mean if the external sender adds other external addresses in the To or CC fields when sending mails to your organization, you cannot see the full addresses of the other external recipients? 
    Does this problem only occur to the messages sent by the particular sender?

    If possible, it would be better that you could share a screenshot about the issue here or via OneDrive then our community members can help you better. Please remember to mosaic the email addresses to protect your private information. 

    Any findings, please post back at ease.
