By this, do you mean if the external sender adds other external addresses in the To or CC fields when sending mails to your organization, you cannot see the full addresses of the other external recipients?
Does this problem only occur to the messages sent by the particular sender?
If possible, it would be better that you could share a screenshot about the issue here or via
OneDrive then our community members can help you better. Please remember to mosaic the email addresses to protect your private information.
