  • Hi,

To troubleshoot a slow computer issue, you could perform a Clean Boot to check whether this is a third party software related issue.

Note: Clean Boot is a step of troubleshooting, we can go back to normal by running MSCONIFG.

If the issue still occurs, please check the CPU and memory usage in Resource Monitor. However, you could considering upgrading the hardware.

  • I get this now and again and I fix it by

    1. right clicking computer

    2. properties

    3 advance System Settings

    4. Performance - Settings

    5 Adjust for best Performance

    5 OK

once this is done repeat the steps 1 to 4 then (Let windows choose what's best for my computer)

    OK

Should fix it for a few weeks
