How to move a document library from one server to another server without losing the document versioning

I am trying to move documents from one Sharepoint Server to another server but not able to preserver the versioning. I am site collection administrator of the target Site Collection but i dont have any access to the destination server.
Is there a way where we can move files preserving all the version.

Prasath's link is broken, so I'm not sure where he was trying to link too.
From my own experience I've only ever done this via third party tools, such as Quest. If you have a development team, you may have some options with the Content Migration API, but I've never used thi. More info on the link below: ;
