Few non-trusted Clients Having Trouble BIT Downloading Packages - Error sending DAV request. HTTP code 401, status 'Unauthorized'

  • Hi,

I have a bunch of non-trusted clients (clients in remote non-trusted domains or workgroups).  Most clients are happy and running properly.  For now, I only have one SCCM 2012 site server and 1000 clients.  The environment is fairly new.  I have defined an NAA and it seems to be working as most of my workgroup and non-trusted clients are happy.

However, I have 20 clients (out of 400 non-trusted) that can not download packages from the DP (hosted on the same servers as the SCCM 2012 application site server).

Any idea how to troubleshoot this?
