  • Try reloading your video card driver after booting into safemode with network connections turned off, I seem to think this may be the problem.

If you need any further Assistance please don't hesitate to ask

  • Hi,

    at last known good configuration.

after you have access to the OS level. possible to click start > run > type eventvwr

check on the systems and application logs for errors.

have you try systems restore ? if not maybe you might want to check if you have any systems restore point ?

systems restore might be able to help u to get away with this problem.

But if u dont have any restore point. Then i will suggest you to back up all your data and do a clean setup, by reinstalling windows 7.
