On outbound calling... hunt group caller ID is not coming ....rather users are getting his line URI TEL RRS feed

  • Question

  • Enable Agent anonymity is check mark on hunt group Alihunt@contoso.com But when jim@conto.com is making outbound calls by selecting call (for anonymous RGS work flow) in skype client it says your organisation is not allowed to make calls.

User wants when he make outboud calling their rgs DID number +15089279435 should reflect on users phone rather his personal Line uri DID +15089212345

  • Hi,

Just confirming if it works well when not using agent anonymity?

If it could work when using general response group in your organization, please follow and check the steps should be configured for this feature in this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/deploy/deploy-enterprise-voice/designing-and-creating-response-group-workflows

    Kind regards,
