Changing someone else's skype for business status

Have a manager who wants to change his subordinates status in Skype for Business when they forget. So he would be able to reach out and change someone's status and/or location that he manages. I don't think it is possible but I say I would ask.

I know you can tag them so you know when they change it but that is not enough

That option is not available as it might be against the users privacy. He or she can be added as a delegate which you know for meeting purpose.

server and clients are skype for business no lync, should have added
