Outlook 365 Gmail sync Issue RRS feed

  • My GMAIL IMAP account doesn't update after a particular mail.

    I have tried almost everything deleted account and re installed .

    I use Bitdefender Internet Security 2013 I have also tried after disabling it.

    The progress bar stuck and doesn't proceeds any further.

  • Does Gmail IMAP work fine before?

    I suggest you that log onto your Gmail account through Web-based access and move all of messages item to another new folder first. And then sync with Outlook again to check if the issue still persits.
