Emails not being delivered to MSN, Outlook, Hotmail, etc. from dedicated server RRS feed

  • Our mail is showing successful delivery reports to MS email accounts but no one is receiving them in their inbox or spam folders. Server IP is Below is from our EXIM logs as a sample delivery report showing that there is no rejection from MSN.com.

    JMRP has sent me no abuse reports and SNDS shows everything was ok yesterday so someone needs to check the EXIM logs and find out what is happening with our mail. SNDS data attached.

    You'd better to raise a ticket with your email service provider. Not on Outlook client side.

  • The problem is not on my servers side as can be seen from the information included above. The problem is an issue with Microsoft accepting mail but not delivering it.
