  • Hi,

Is this for a specific site or it is farm wide issue ?

If its farm wide issue, restart excel services from Central Admin.

and if this is only for a specific site, check are you able to open an EWA on that site ?

    check -  http://arstechnica.com/civis/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=1127205

Also make sure the site is added to the trusted sites in IE.

Please let us know your findings and results, thanks
