  • I would first try deprovisioning and then provision PWA back again using the same databases

  • Hello,

Does it do this for all users on Development? Have you tried a different browser to rule that out? Check out the SharePoint ULS logs to see if there are any pointers in there. From the description, are you saying you have this issue on both Production and Development instances after you migrated Production to Development?

  • Hi Paul

It happens only in Development with 1 account.

What type of access do we need to view Project Center page?

    Do I need to run Grant-SPProjectAdministratorAccess ?

    Hi Wharton

    It didn't help.

    Thank you all.

  • Hello,

So other accounts work fine in Development? If it was a security issue you would see access denied. What do you see in the ULS logs?

  • Hello Tommy

Definitely look at the ULS log files for error or hints as to what needs correcting.

When you migrated from PROD to DEV, did you copy the SharePoint content database over and attach and then provision PWA.   If yes, then create  new content SharePoint database and provision using the new content database.  Sometimes there are links in content database that cause issues with PWA.

  • Hi TommyTr,

    sometime this happens unknowingly..!

I had faced this, which got resolved by just Restarting IIS.

    How to Restart IIS?

    Try again.

    Hope this help.!

  • Hi all

It works in Chrome and it'd work at diff computer with that same account. (All my test account work as well).

That same account works everywhere but Development.

    No luck with ULS log.
