    when ever i use anything to do with internet explorer i get a message saying this.... a problem has occured with internet explorer and is shutting down. BUT then I get this error message...

    res://ieframe.dll/acr_depnx_error.htm#yahoo.com,http://www.yahoo.com/

     

    PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IT MEANS.. AND WHAT I CAN DO

    this computer is BRAND spanking new..

    You can try to reset the IE settings to Manufacturers settings using this link

    or

    Check the security settings for IE (for Internet in the Internet options, change the settings to medium-high) to see if it fixes the issue.

    alternative this also could be firewall or antivirus software issue which you can find the answer from this blog's link that I have pasted for you.check the notes of few guys those said that fixed the issue....here is the link
