Need authorization from myself to delete files RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I've a "new" computer using W10, i'm logged into a microsoft account (not a local one) but I'm having big permissions issues.

    I've 2 HD, a ssd of 128g where windows + visual studio are installed and a 1go hard drive to store the rest.

    When I want to delete some folders a popup says I need authorization from "my email" to do that but I'm logged with that email ! Sometimes it was also written that I needed permissions from the Administrators, my account is obviously an Administrator.

    I've tried a lot of options I've found on the internet :

    - shortcut take ownership

    - edit permissions tab, but I already had the permissions.

    - sfc /scannow

    I've enabled the administrator account, remove the permissions to my email on both drives and added it back with full control. It seemed to have fixed the problem for a while (but every file/folder has now 2 blue arrows on its icon I don't know why). But now the problem is back and some application are not working because of it (Steam for exampel is not able to download files because it has no enough rights.

    Have you any idea on how to solve this ?
