  • Are those the only senders that are having trouble sending to you or are you having problems with all Internet senders?

Since you posted in an Exchange 2013 forum, I assume you are running Exchange 2013, so what cumulative update are you running?  Is your Exchange Server receiving mail directly from the Internet or do you have any kind of relay server or hygiene server, appliance or cloud service between the Internet and your Exchange server?

  • Hi,

Only we are facing an issue with senders.
Other domains are fine for us.

Yes we are using Exchange 2013 Version 15.0 (Build 1130.7).
We don't use any relay server or hygiene server. Our Exchange is directly connected to Internet behind Firewall.

  • Hi,

Is there Anti-Spam software in your exchange server?

You may consider doing message tracking to see if you can find that message.

And if senders from can send messages to other domain?

Check if something configured in firewall.

    Best Regards,

  • Hi,

Yes we are using SPAMFighter Antispam tool.

I had checked with disabling Antispam tool and still same issue,

Also I had used Message tracking log and could not find any logs under it. So the mails from Live/Hotmail/outlook are not hitting to our exchange server.

yes sender from Live/Hotmail/outlook can send email to another domain.

On Firewall there is no such block rule.
