    I have aol and when i try to sign on before it says welcome it shuts down then when i try to open it again the screen goes blue with a message in white letters??? can u help me?

    Try turning on compatability mode to WinXP, but as far as I know AIM/AOL isnt currently compatable with Vista which is why you are having problems
