    Hi

    I'm trying to set up outlook on my laptop and I'm having difficulty. its asking me for a profile name. and when I try and come up with one and it wont accept it.

    Hi,

    Which version of Microsoft Outlook are you using?

    Is there any error message popping up when Outlook doesn't accept the profile name?

    Have you tried with another profile name? If a profile name is already in use, you can not use the same profile name.
