I am trying to add a new user account mailbox using MS Exchange. When setting up outlook mailbox outlook does not seem to recognize the account address so it can't be resolved witn check name. What am I missing? All other accounts seem to work ok. This is a SBS2008, and I have check the new account maching to existing accounts.Tuesday, January 22, 2013 4:36 PM

Hi Dick,
Ditto as Fiona said above apart from that check few more things:
-machine you are setting outlook is joined to domain.
-New user is created from SBS console not from AD.
-Check network connectivity to exchange. try simple ping to exchange server by host name.
-Check TCP/IP configuration to ensure you have internal DNS configured as primary.
