  • I use SFB 2015 and edge server. The external user can't log in. Is there any wrong with my environment.

    What is your current environment? On-premise or hybrid integration with Skype for Business online?

    Does this issue persist all the time after you deploy Skype for Business 2015 and Edge Server?

    In my research, you can try to solve the problem in these ways:

    1. check your DNS record. These records are needed.
    2. check your control panel to see if your remote user access status is normal
    3. Check if the certificate for Edge Server meets the following requirement:
    4. Check if your Edge Server port and protocol configuration is correct.
    5. Use Lync connectivity analyzer to see if there is any error. The link is:
