Microsoft Outlook 2013 Email Header not changing

    Question

  • When the computer is woke from sleep the header for Outlook emails do not change. The last email that was open stays the header for all other emails in the inbox. The issue disappears after about five minutes and Outlook works properly until the computer goes to sleep and the cycle starts again. Have tried repairing office but the issue still persisted running on Windows 10.

  • Hi,

By "header" do you mean the internet header when we open a message and click File > Properties?

Do you have "Disable hardware graphic acceleration" option enabled under File > Options > Advanced > Display section? We may try to enable it and then see if this issue continues.

Have you tried testing with a new Outlook mail profile?

If the issue persists in the new Outlook mail profile, we may also consider to test with a new user account to see the result.

    Regards,

    Steve Fan
