User uanble to access his mailbox RRS feed

  • We just moved a user from exchange 2007 to exchange 2010. After the move, the user was uanble to access his mailbox but we are able to access it with an admin account. All users that moved before and after him are fine. Any idea what this may have happened?

  • Same issue in oWA and with new profile but I think I figured it out. I added "NT AUTHORITY\SELF" with send-as using add-adpermission and that fixed it. "NT AUTHORITY\SELF" had fullaccess though.

  • By the way. I see that NT AUTHORITY\SELF has full access permission and read permission on the mailbox

  • What if you try adding the user's alias and granting fullmailbox access and test.

    Same issue via OWA?

    Same issue if you create a new MAPI profile?
