Hi friends,
i had run Extra tool on exchange 2003 server and i found to issuse in exchange server.
1.Disk bottleneck found
A potential performance issue was observed from the disk performance counters. One or more disks is exhibiting a performance bottleneck.
2 .Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) latencies beyond threshold
The 'MSExchangeDSAccess Domain Controllers LDAP' performance counters are beyond the recommended threshold.

Get in touch with your Hardware vendor as the issue is with Hardware and tell them the error message and they will get it fixed.

Agree with Gulab, Need to check with your Hardware Vendor possibly they will do a firmware update or run some diagnostic tools which might suggest for replacement.
