    Hi guys,

    Can you confirm the following please.

    We have an enterprise enabled user that is an agent for a Lync response group.

    The user wants to add delegates so that calls he receives via the response group to also ring at his delegates.

    Ive tested and all internal/lync calls to him forwards correctly to his delegates, but external calls via the response group doesnt ring at his delegates.

    Is this even possible?

    With my understanding, because he is an agent of a response group this wont work. Best practise is to add those delegates in the response group aswell?

    This scenario is not possible, Response Group calls bypass a users call forwarding/routing rules. Only personal calls to the user will ring at his/her delegates. The delegates should also be added to the Response Group.
