IIS problem and the service dependance can not to open

hello everyone
there are problems in my windows 2003 server.
I installed IIS, .net framework 2.0 sp2, .net framework 3.0 sp2, .net frame work 3.5 ,.net
framework 4.0
twincat programe, it will use the IIS and asp to work.
I will describe the problem as follows:
1.the services dependence can not be open :(win32:access is denied)
2. "start"-"run"--"dcomcnfg",then select 'component services'--'computers'--'my computer',
here the is a red label on 'my computer'
now there is nothing about alert in the system event log
3.then i can see the 'W3SVC' and 'WWW' alert in the system event log.

Possibly reinstall service pack 2.
