how do I fix corrupt or missing key management service.

Instructions for configuring KMS activation are outlined here in the TechNet article Volume Activation. If your client’s product keys have become corrupt, you can restore KMS function by using slmgr.vbs to replace the product key with the applicable KMS key from here.
