In Scheduler Assistant when typing in the users name it is not found. RRS feed

  • I have 3 Office 2010 users. (With this issue) When we are in the Scheduling assistant if I enter in the users name it does not resolve to the GAL. If however I type in the complete email address for it to populate their schedules, it resolves their name and populates their schedule. 

    Any ideas where I can look to resolve this perplexing issue?

  • Hi,

    I just tested the issue on my Outlook. If I type the user that exists in my Outlook contact, it would resolve to GAL and populate his schedules.

    Please add the user that you typed in the Scheduling assistance into your Outlook contact and test the issue.
