  • Hi T Stephens,

    Thanks for your post.

Have you tried to log on to computer with another user to test?

You could first verify that the user has at least modify permissions for the folder

Also make sure it is set for all subfolders to inherit.

And what's the operating system for the workstation?

If you are using a combination of 2003/XP/Vista/7, there may be some patches/updates you need to install.

Please also check the articles below.

    Best Regards,

  • Hi,

Logging on to another computer the user files appear and redirect as normal. This is an isolated issue on this workstation.

The settings detailed in the link are active both the options are selected which is the recommended fix on the link you provided.

The user has full control over the mentioned folder.

The workstation is using Windows 7, the whole network is using Windows 7 and Windows Server SBS 2011.

  • Please note this has been fixed by attributing the user as the owner of the re-directed file and re-sync the partnership.

Thank you for your help and advise.
