  • What is a "red" document.  DO you mean the help file?  The help says that the C used is selected by the normal selection method.  It is usually the closest DC but may be the least busy DC.

    The DC chosen should have an entry in the event log.

    You can choose a DC like this:

    Remove-AdUser ... -Server DC1
