  • I just installed SCSM 2012 and the self service portal are not working, i receive this page

  • Hi,

    Not sure if you are still having this problem but what URL are you using to try to access the portal?  Have you tried going to https://SCSMSERVERNAME:PORTNUMBER/SMPortal/?

    When you installed the portal you should have selected a port number. Replace "https://SCSMSERVERNAME:PORTNUMBER/SMPortal/" with your the one you selected during install.
