  • Question

  • Hi, I need some urgent help.

For some reason some conference room are showing full detail of the meeting and not just the user that booked it.  This is a huge security concern. The permisssion are set the same as other conference rooms but there are just several that are acting this way. Please help.

  • Hi,

Please run the below command to check the room settings:
    Get-MailboxCalendarSettings Resource1 | fl

Please do a compare and contrast with other conference room.

I suggest we can create a new conference room to check if the same issue will occur.

Also try to move the room mailbox to another mailbox dababase to test.

    Regards,

    David

  • This is not the place for urgent requests.

We can't diagnose your problem without complete information.  In this case, what are the folder rights settings on the folder in question?

  • I don't really care to drag information out of you.  If you present a complete question with ample context, I'll try to answer.
