Error 1310 re: Java 7 Update 6 Installation

  I am attempting to uninstall my prevous version of Java and, in the process, I receive the following error:  Error 1310. Error writing to file c:\config.Msi\857e54.rbf. Verify that you have access to that directory. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
