  • My customer use Exchange 2007. Test send meeting from other company to my customer. It has wrong meeting date/time. But if send between internal user, it is correct.

  • Hi,

    Please check the Time Zone, Date and Time settings between two companies. Also confirm the date/time of the meeting request message in Sent Items of sender side and in Inbox of receiver sider respectively. Which one is the correct one?

    Please check whether the issue only happens to the specific company. How about the meeting requests sending from other external companies? Please send and receive the test meeting request in Outlook Online mode to check whether the issue persists.
