Problems with Service request notification for assigned analyst RRS feed

    We are currently experiencing an issue where no email gets sent to an assigned analyst for a service request created by end user on portal. If I create a service request manually from console and assign to an analyst everything works as planned. I have created a notification workflow and also tested with a notification subscription, no luck. Is there somthing Im missing here????
