  • Hi,

    KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

This indicates that a kernel-mode program generated an exception which the error handler did not catch.

    The failure module is ntoskrnl.exe.

To troubleshoot this kind of kernel crash issue, we need to debug the crashed system dump and analyze the related source code if needed. Unfortunately, debugging is beyond what we can do in the forum. I'd like to recommend that you contact Microsoft Customer Support Service (CSS) for assistance so that this problem can be resolved efficiently. • Hello,

    Bug Check Code 0x1E: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff557408(VS.85).aspx

Please use Microsoft Skydrive to upload dump files (c:\windows\minidumps). Once done, post a link here.

You can also contact Microsoft CSS.

  • Bear with me, whenever I try to upload the files from the minidump folder on skydrive I get errors. I reckon its because its a folder with a lock on it. However I do not know how to fix it. In other news i noticed that when i use google searches all my links get directed to one site. So I am guessing I also have a virus on my computer?

Yes, that should be a virus or a malware program.

Please use another computer to upload dump files.
