  • Hi, Need help there is one user (Peter) who is not able to send email to one particular domain (west.co.jp) and getting the below NDR ?? saying #550 Service unavailable; Client host [14.120.149.166] blocked any idea what can be checked to fix the issue.

    You'll have to ask the people that run that e-mail system why they do
    that.

  • You can see the Edge generated the NDR, so I suspect when the Edge  was talking to receiving SMTP server it rejected this messgae.  If it's only for one user then more than likely this is being blocked my the receiving server.  Otherwise all users from that  sending domain would be blocked.
