how delete first username and password ? and directly go to site in MOSS 2007 RRS feed

  • i install sharepoint 2007 and it wants username and password
    i want to upload in internet and anyone can see may web site
    now how i remove username and password of it

  • He just told you.  You have to enable anonymous access. Also, this is the 2010 forum, but you're asking about 2007.

    To enable anonymous access:
    - Go to Central Admin > App Mgmt > App Security > Authentication Providers > Choose your Web Application > Choose the zone that is exposed to the Internet > Check the box that enables anonymous access
    - After that, go to your Site collection root site > Site Settings > Advanced Permissions > Settings > Anonymous Access > Make your choice
    - You need to ensure that anonymous users have Read access on each site

  • Check of public facing internet site using MOSS 2007. basically you need to make anonymous authentication true.

  • i want use in internet and i install MOSS 2007 in advance\complete mode
