  • I purchased a VuPoint film scanner, the software installed fine but the computer will not recognize the hardware.  I need help with what to do.  Thanks John

    Please go to devices and printers,check if the scanner is displayed.

     

    What is the exact model of the scanner? Usually, there will be an installation disk shipped with the driver came together with the scanner or you can download the driver from VuPoint official website.

     

    Meanwhile, it is suggested to contact VuPoint support for direct and more accurate information on the driver. Your understanding is appreciated.
